English to Polish Science Medical: Pharmaceuticals

Any business organization having pharmaceutical wholesale license shall have a clawback obligation on all public financed medicines sold to the operator of public sale pharmacy, corresponding to up to 2.5 percent of the reimbursed wholesale margin mass for the full year based on target year sales data.
