Diversion: The act of maneuvering product from a lower value market to a higher value market outside of the legitimate supply chain in order to capture profits normally earned by the manufacturer. Diversion also refers to profiting from otherwise non-saleable product such as charitably donated product or expired product en route disposal.

Przy tak szerokim spektrum znaczeniowym chyba trzeba w miarę dosłownie - zwłaszcza że jest podana definicja tego obejścia (prawa, przepisów, zasad).

Wiedziałem, że z tym będzie problem.:) "Obejść" jest jednym z bardzo niewielu czasowników przechodnich, od których nie tworzy się imiesłowu biernego - cóż, trzeba ten problem jakoś... obejść.

Co do Prosiaczka, który "pękł kiedyś balonik" - podobno w środowisku iluzjonistów mówi się "zniknąć coś".
"Puchatku, ja go... pękłem".
Uwaga:
Istnieje pewna grupa czasowników nieprzechodnich (np. "pęknąć"), dla których istnieje imiesłów bierny ("pęknięty") - jednak przy pomocy tego imiesłowu nie można utworzyć strony biernej (nie można powiedzieć, że "rura została pęknięta").
