Cred ca din contextul general reiese imediat daca e vorba de o metoda de diagnoza sau un plan de urgenta. In orice caz, Crisis Management Implementation nu e o formulare utilizata in mod curent (Crisis Management Plan - da).
Intr-adevar, in acest context CMI poate insemna si imunitate (mai precis, imunizare) mediata celular, insa nu mi-e chiar evident sensul acesta.
Dupa cum inteleg eu, *poate* fi vorba si de un plan de criza, cu niveluri de urgenta/alerta, un fel de health DEFCON :)

Totusi, nu sunt sigura ca ar fi vorba de aceasta imunitate. Mai degraba ceva de genul Crisis management implementation. Nu sunt experta, dar nu mi se pare logic ca imunitatea sa fie slabita (our response.. declining) cand situatia devine mai roz.
