Well then, just "business departments". Not a term much used elsewhere, but it would work here. The point appears to be that there is no separation between the people who operate the IT infrastructure and the people who run the business by planning, selling and delivering the services, billing for them, etc. It's all one.

SI : it is "Service Informatique". I foud on the Internet for "direction métier", that we must precise which "métier" it is, example "direction métier vente = sales department", "direction métier Finance = finance department etc..."
