That is what is given: "Dans un premier temps, flex de 200 cc, patiente qui revient à elle..."

Are you sure about the dose or the unit?

infusion

The French sometimes refer to a flexible infusion bag as a "flex". (The term originates from a brand name, AFAIK.)

The patient may have received a 200cc infusion for stabilizing her blood pressure/circulation, possibly a nameless in-house mixture provided in "flexes".

This is not much more than a guess, however, better ask the client :-)
Note from asker:
Thanks! I will highlight this to the patient :)

agree raptisi : Yes!

Thank you, Ioannis :-)
agree Michael Barnett : That makes much more sense. An antibiotic would not be used to stabilize blood pressure.
