infusion
The French sometimes refer to a flexible infusion bag as a "flex". (The term originates from a brand name, AFAIK.)
The patient may have received a 200cc infusion for stabilizing her blood pressure/circulation, possibly a nameless in-house mixture provided in "flexes".
This is not much more than a guess, however, better ask the client :-)

: That makes much more sense. An antibiotic would not be used to stabilize blood pressure.
