Hospital notes on pleurisy case
This is part of the description of a patent's condition. The patient is being treated for pleurisy. The full text reads:
"...torace normal conformat, ampliatii respiratorii diminuate la nivelul hemitoracelui,..."
I have attempted:

My problem is that I have no idea what "ampliatii" is referring to.
