English to Thai: Assessment of the phototoxic potential of cosmetic products Detailed field: Education / Pedagogy
Source text - English Abstract
The cosmetics are non toxic or less toxic inperse but photoactivation may then sensitize and could produce additional phototoxicity.
Phototoxicity assessment often different lipsticks and eight facial creams was conducted. Results revealed that six lipsticks and five facial
creams generated reactive oxygen species (ROS), produced haemolysis and caused lipid peroxidation in human erythrocytes (invitro)
under sunligh texposure. Seven creams and one lipstick were alkaline while one cream and two lipsticks were acidic. The test lipsticks
and creams showed absorption in UV/visible range. The study demonstrated synergisticaction of cosmetic products and sunlight. Therefore, sunlight exposure should be avoided after the use of photosensitive cosmetics.

Bio
I studied in French-English program when I was in a high school and I graduated from Thammasat University in French major and English minor. I can communicate by listening, speaking, reading and writing both in French and English.
I have 3 years experiences on translation. I used to translate all kinds of documents such as scientific, educational, literature, philosophy, religious, lyrics, etc.
I love this kind of job because it’s challenging for me. To be translator and interpreter lead me to learn the new things all the time. It is necessary for translator and interpreter to understand whatever that exist on earth in the past and also in the present, including in the different field of knowledge. Especially, I love to translate whatever in the field of literature, movie and music. Moreover, I like science too. I think it would make me happy to do what I love.
