Hi guys!

I have two files, original and its translation, is it possible to check translation by means of memoQ?

Thanks!

memoQ has a decent aligner.

By the way, is there any way to move aligned doc from livedocs to translation in memoQ?

One possibility... Dec 21, 2014

...would be to import the source document in a new project and translate it against the LiveDocs corpus you obtained via the alignment. Note that by default memoQ sets a penalty on such matches (I seem to remember it's 15%), but there's a way to tell it not to set any penalty (by confirming the alignment is good).
