This is a statement describing the legal details of a property ownership. The context reads:

"împreună cu cota parte de ___ % aferentă apartamentului din dreptul de proprietate asupra părţilor și dependinţelor comune ale imobilului care prin natura și destinaţia lor sunt în proprietate comună,...""

SO far I have put:

"with a joint share of ...% ownerhsip of the apartment ownership of internal and external parts of the building..."

I do not know if this is correct because the use of "asupra" and "din dreputul" is confusing me.

@ MCristy As you will see from my queried term, "asupra" was causing me a problem. The reason I did not mark this as "Non-pro" is because this is no easier than many other questions that I see go through Kudoz/Proz in the "Pro" category.

@Lara The preposition is "din" and it can only mean one thing. "Dreptul" (de proprietate) is a noun.

@ MCristy As you will see from my question, the issue I asking for clarification on is the usage of a"asupra" and "din dreptul" (ie. the relevance of the prepositions within the phrase). Hardly needs a pro to figure that out.

"din dreptul" It actually reads "din dreptul de proprietate", i.e. (quota) of the ownership right. Hardly a pro issue.
