Please give me an idea on what is charged for film subtitle translation per minute film. Thanks.

In my combination, I usually see it ranges from 4 to 5 US$ per minute, though I do not have much experience charging by the minute. I have no idea if this would apply to your language combination, though.

That's what I get paid by a UK company for En>Fr. No idea about what it might be for your pair, though.
