I have been using the Blue Board to track a German translation agency which is a notorious for non-payment and today found for the first time comments from 2002 which had not previously appeared, because they were filed under a slightly different name, the company having gone bankrupt and \'regenerated\'under a change of name. This woman is getting a succession of \'free\' translations and I feel the ProZ community at large should be warned. Am I allowed to do this?

Not in the forums, please Mar 12, 2003

Sorry, but please refrain from naming agencies in the forums.

We are currently in the process of eliminating duplicate Blue Board entries; the case I believe you\'re referring to is one of the entries which will be integrated.

That said, you shouldn\'t rely on the Blue Board alone, but use other sources - for German agencies, the \"Zahlungspraxis\" group is quite useful.

Best regards, Ralf
