How I can solve : "You do not have appropriate permissions to create cloud projects"

What I want to do : Save a project to the cloud to be able to access Trados Online Editor for reviewing.
What went wrong: Clicking on the "Save to Cloud" button returned the following error message: "You do not have appropriate permissions to create cloud projects". Also the "Open in Cloud" button is dimmed.
Which software version am I using: Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338
