Can anybody suggest to me online courses/ books/ links that teach translation techniques of English French?

I can recommend a book that was on the reading list for the MA translation course I did. It's "Thinking French Translation" by Hervey and Higgins, and it's available online here:

I have the Spanish to English version of this series (Thinking Spanish Translation) and it is very useful.
