Dear fellow translators,
I'm striving to find a workout to fix this problem because when I open a package sent to me for review I cannot view the track changes tab although I opened it for review. However, the first modifications made by me are featured correctly. Could someone suggest me a workaround? I've already tried to reset the window layout in the user's interface but without success

It may be a bit silly to ask you this, but can you see if under "Options" - "Review" you have the "Review" box checked?
If the problem persists, I would recommend you to contact the RWS support/forum.

Thanks a lot for your reply but yes, I did have my review box checked...
I'll contact the Trados support. Anyway, further suggestions are welcome

Can you share a screenshot of your ribbon (the Review tab)?

Just in case, make sure Track Changes are active and Show Markup is selected.

I've fixed the problem. I just restarted Trados and it worked this time... mysteries of technology! 🤔
